Since March 2008, Mall China had promoted a system of basic + value-added + customized member services, which aims to support members to promote projects, business cooperation and professional assistance. Until September 2010, more than 700 corporate members and individual members had joined in Mall China, who are from either China or oversea countries. China Commercial Real Estate Trade Fair is a newly-established conference by China Shopping Center Development Association of Mall China, which aims to help those shopping center or commercial estate developers for leasing, investment and facility cooperation, and on the other hand, to help those retail brands to find out proper shopping centers for further development.
Accredited Shopping Center Manager Training System which is designed for shopping center industry by Mall China Information Center & China Shopping Center Development Association of Mall China, includes the following authoritative accrediting training: Shopping Center Operation Management, Shopping Center Development Management, Shopping Center Leasing Management, Shopping Center Marketing Management, and Shopping Center Investment Management. Since first open the training program in 2003, more than 1200 middle and senior managers had joined in, who are actively play their role in the core positions in shopping center project or commercial real estate industry.
