About Mall China

China Shopping Center Development Association of Mall China was founded in 2002, has became the most representative and the most influential shopping centre information center and cooperation promoter in China.

Mall China has 800 corporate members and 3000 individual members comprising commercial real estate developers, investors, shopping center operators, retailers, and consultancy and service companies.

With the purpose of 'profession, responsibility, cooperation and win-win', Mall China has created the biggest industry data platform and decision support center, providing members with a series of service including website, magazine, research report, Annual Conference (International Symposium), Commercial Real Estate Trade Fair, manager accrediting training, project assessment and overseas shopping mall study tour. Having accumulated rich experience, Mall China also has gained trust and recognition from numerous famous companies and senior industry practitioners.

Mr.Victor Guo

Mr.Victor Guo, is the President of Mall China Information Center, President of China Shopping Center Development Association of Mall China, and Vice Chairman of Council of Asia Shopping Center.

Mr.Guo previously worked in Ministry of Commerce of China, Ministry of Internal Trade of China and State Bureau of Internal Trade of China respectively. He was appointed as Founding Secretary General of China Federation of Urban Commercial Outlets Construction Administration, Vice Chairman and Director of CGCC Shopping Center Professional Committee.

As one of the earliest professionals in researching and promoting shopping malls and retail property in Mainland China, Mr.Guo has more than 12 years of industry experience and has published numerous professional theories and relevant literature in commercial real estate industry such as "China Shopping Center Report", "Shopping Center Research and Practice" and "Shopping Center Exploration and Development".
